The city has launched an ambitious $700 million revitalization plan targeting three pivotal thoroughfares: Huntington Dr., Eastern Ave., and Valley Blvd, which traverse El Sereno and Lincoln Heights. The Multi-Modal Transportation Improvement Project aims to enhance the visitor experience by introducing new business storefronts, expanding pedestrian walkways, adding comfortable seating areas, creating inviting green spaces, and establishing dedicated bike lanes. These improvements are designed to elevate the local living experience, positively impacting the community by enhancing connectivity and overall quality of life for residents.
